Hello, guess if everyone else is introducing themselves on here, then I should too.

I set up SHAK nearly 3 years ago (June 19th) after losing my best friend Shak to Lymphoma. He was only 7 1/2, and it was a real shock. I decided I was going to do somthing to help the bigger dogs that were struggling in rescues, and still can't believe how far it has all come.

We became a registered charity last July, and I now have the most amazing team of people behind me, from all over the country, that means we now save a whole load of beautiful big dogs that are due to be destroyed.

Having just lost Poppy, I now only have the one dog, Oskar a 6 year old ex rescue German Shepherd. Here he is:

Two more extremely handsome dogs. The photos are brilliant and I especially like the one of Oskar in the water. You and your volunteers have achieved so much in a very short space of time. I hope all your fundraisers this year are successful and that you raise lots of money. The dog show sound like it will be great fun, just wish I was nearer.
