Ginnie's Adventures

Wednesday 20th May....

A trip to the beach today with my new friend Oliver.  I went in Auntie Sharon's car and I was very well behaved.  I met another young German Shepherd on the way to the beach and said a nice hello.  I always try to be friendly when I meet other dogs so that I can find a new home with someone to play with.  Fun and games with Oliver on the beach then off to chase the waves - I nearly got my feet wet once, but I was too quick for them.  I did some "sits" for some cheese from Auntie Sharon, then it was time to go back to the car to go home.  I hope we can go back again soon and maybe take Sam with us.

Whats this I hear about you and Sam, Ginnie? Didn't take long for you to get over me just because I moved into the house. I'm pleased for you though, I'm sure you and Sam can both help each other out.

What a nice morning as me and Sam go out for a run. I do a few exercises with two nice men, and its really nice just being somewhere different. I even have a walk side by side with Sam, I like him he's so handsome, and don't tell him, but I heard the men saying it would really help him. I collapsed in the house when I got home, I was knackered. Sam went back out again! He's my hero  Embarassed

I'm so excited. Went for a walk with Todd tonight, and I got let off the lead too. I ran straight back as soon as they called my name.

Got to go, need to go lie down, I'm so happy.

Love

Just wanted to thank everyone at SHAK and the Farm (both people and K9) for everything you did for me when I was there. You helped me through a really bad part of my life.

My new family told Stephen last night that they want to adopt me, I am so happy. They have been so good to me.

I'll hopefully keep in touch on here.

Love and BIG Licks especially to Keiser and Sam,

Ginnie

Hi just to give you an update on Ginnie, she is well and has sttled in to her new home, her recall is improving and she loves to play with Todd and the other dogs she meets on her walks. Ginnie is now learning to walk on the lead without pulling ,however this is slow going but we have loads of time, She is a fantastic dog, who is a pleasure to be with thanks to SHAK  X  Smile
