Bruce.....Hello. My name is Bruce (although I think Stephen said I might get a new one) I came to SHAK late tonight because the pound I was in is being closed down. It looks really nice here. I am just a big playful boy, who has a bit of a reputation for being a bit frightened of men I don't know, but I met Stephen, Gregg, Terry and Jackie tonight and they all seem really nice.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow, Scooby (he's like a mascot for SHAK and is really nice, tells me we all go for a long walk)

Stephen I met last night, and another Stephen (its confusing) took me into the big run today. It was good fun, loads to sniff and wee on hee hee.
I was so busy I wouldn't even pose for any photographs.

I went to the vets on Friday, somthing to do with "dangly bits" anyway I fell asleep and when I woke up they were gone.

I'm getting used to life on the farm! I get to go in the office quite a bit and have cuddles and treats and get brushed. Aunty Sharon and Uncle Stephen and some bloke called Jonathon were in there with me the other night. I had a needle? whatever that is....I didn't mind but I did wriggle a lot just to entertain them.

After 4 visits (including a wonderful day out at Simonside mountain climbing!) Bruce went on home trial yesterday evening. His new family have been very dedicated in coming to meet Bruce, and to get to know him a little. As you can see from the picture, he is going to a really active home, and one that is dedicated to help him get used to a normal family life.
First night has been a success, and he was off to the beach when I spoke to his new Dad this morning.
Thank you Will and family, and well done Bruce. We're proud of you.
