This handsome big guy arrived last night. Can you believe that someone would let a dog get in this state?

Such a gorgeous boy underneath all that mess!!!! Damn people!!!!! Has he had his trim and got any new piccies of him looking good. Its hard to tell what size he is from the photo, could he be a Leonberger?poss X

Aweee at least he is safe and in good hands now bless him what a state just cant understand why people could let a dog get into such a state
